Your weight and the type of bike you ride will effect how accurately the pedals will interpret your inputs. For example, someone on a recumbent bike may find pressing on both pedals (to indicate a braking action) may find it harder to do than someone on an upright bike with their body weight over the pedals.
Sensitivity levels can be adjusted in the Cycleverse pedal configuration screen, which also displays a bike reacting to the pedals as you use them. Adjust pedal inputs and test them live.
Configuration features include:
Tap detection - change the sensitivity of tap detection used for jumping and turning.
Braking pressure - adjust how much pressure is applied to the pedals to trigger a braking or skidding action.
Braking timer - adjust how long pressure is applied before braking is initiated. This helps reduce false braking inputs.
Maximum weight - standing on the pedals helps the pedals understand the maximum weight that could be applied. This aids in adjusting force reading accuracy.
